How Many Nails Come In a Set?
Each set comes with 10 nails, make sure to grab your sizing kit before ordering to ensure a proper fit.
How Do I Know What Size I Need?
Sizing kits are required for all new customers. Your sizing kit will include 1 nail in each size of the shape you chose. Make sure you are sizing on your natural nails and doing each nail individually.

How Long Does The Nails Stay On?
With proper application and care:
Sticky/Jelly Tabs:
5 - 7 days (After prepping nails, measure the size of the sticky tabs - make sure it covers as much base of your nails. For longer lasting nails follow instructions on the back of nail display card)
How Do I Remove My Impress Nails?
Both liquid glue and glue jelly tabs can be safely removed by soaking in a mixture of warm water + cuticle oil + soap. For tougher glued on nails - apply cuticle oil directly on the nail and slowly push out with the cuticle pusher while soaking a lil longer. Repeat til fully removed.
Note: When using any nail adhesive please remember that with proper application they are meant to last at least 1 week, do not try to yank/force out your glued on nails.
What Comes In The Package?
Each set comes with 10 press-on nails and a really cute application/care kit!
Application/Care Kit includes mini file, mini buffer, mini cuticle pusher, nail jelly tabs, & alcohol wipes.
What Do I Do If My Package Is Lost?
Once handed over to the carrier, Impress Nails has no control over the packages. If the address provided was correct, contact the local post company responsible for delivering the package.
What Are The Nails Made Of?
Every set of Impress Nails is made from 100% gel materials.
Are Impress Nails Reusable?
Yes they are, with proper removal and care. Make sure it's still in good shape once removed, then gently buff, remove old sticky tabs, wipe down with alcohol wipes and store it properly.
What If The Nails In My Sizing Kit Don't Fit?
Everyone’s nails are uniquely different! Our goal has always been to make your experience at Impress Nails fully tailored to you and your nail needs.
There’s plenty of ways we can customize your press ons to make them work better for you. However, if you have clubbed nail beds or severely down turned nails, press-on nails might not be the best fit for you.
